We sell our clothing strictly online. By shipping directly to customers, we are able to have a more personal relationship with our customers.

Do you ship internationally, and if so how much does it cost?

It is no problem for us to ship outside the US.

How much does an item cost in a non-US currency?

If you would like to know the price of any item click on "order" and then click "add to bag." This will give you the total price of the item including shipping. Now that you have the grand total price of the dress in US currency, go to http://www.x-rates.com. Click on "currency calculator" and enter in the amount in US dollars and choose which currency you would like to convert to. This should give you the current price of the dress in the specified currency.

What size should I order?

In order to ensure the perfect fit we suggest taking your Bust, Waist, and Hip measurements and then comparing it to our size chart. If you are not sure about which size to choose, feel free to e-mail us at service@onesexynight.com or give us a call at (800) 278-1157. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering the size that fits your largest measurement and having the dress taken in locally.

If my order does not work out, can I make either a return or an exchange?

It is no problem to make either a return or an exchange. If you need to make a return, we refund everything accept for the shipping and the handling. If you need to make an exchange, we make the first exchange at no cost.

What is your shipping time, and how far in advance do I need to order?

Shipping time varies throughout the year. Regular shipping takes 1-2 weeks to deliver.

How do I get the status of my recently placed order?

We would be glad to update you on the status of your order at any time. If you ordered over the internet, you can email us as service@onesexynight.com. The easiest way for us to track your order is by giving us your reference order number. If you lost or do not have this number handy we will need other information such as your last name or the email address which you gave us on the original order.

If you placed and order over the phone, we can track you order by phone or email as well. We will need the following information: the style number of the dress, the size and color, and your last name.

Do you sell wholesale?

We do not supply for re-sale and do not seek partners, agents or involvement with any third parties at this time. We have been in business for close to 40 years and we enjoy the independence that selling directly to our customers has brought. By selling directly to our customers, we are better able to serve our customers needs.
